From his very first display home at Blaxland, Michael Milosevic the Managing Director of Felton has seen his company grow to become an industry leader in the boutique custom builder market.
After graduating from New South Wales University with a honours degree in Architecture, Michael saw an opportunity in providing clients with an architect designed home, with quality detailing, a premium selection of materials and the ability to deliver them at an affordable price.
Having created a reputation for building the larger classic rural homes, Michael saw an opportunity to design a French provincial inspired home that suited the knock down rebuilt market, having a distinctive roof line and balanced proportions. Felton was awarded the HIA 2009 Australian Residential Designer of the Year Award.
